I would recommend reading the other books in this series beforehand, as they are so good, but it’s not necessary for you to understand what’s going on! 1930s schoolgirl detectives Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong go to Cambridge for Christmas, where they learn of various ‘accidents’ that they can’t help but investigate… They have some competition from a rival detective society to make things more interesting as they race to solve the mystery by Christmas Day!
