One Christmas Star, by Mandy Baggot
A struggling primary school teacher finds a hungover pop star in the school shed, and after she manages to convince her class that this is all totally normal, nothing to see here, he confides in her that he has nowhere to go. She lets him stay at her flat, he fixes her heating and helps her write songs for the school play. While helping each other, they fall in love, but each of them has trauma in their past to deal with before they can fully admit it. Will they manage it in time for Christmas?
